SUMMER RENTAL CHANGEOVERS/AIR BNB RENTALS
Nook’s & Annie’s cleaners work as a team to make the most of the limited time there is between a renter’s check out time and a new guests check in time. During a summer rental changeover, a basic cleaning is conducted. In addition to cleaning, we will check for property damage and ensure supplies are laid out for the new guests. The most common changeover days for the summer season are Saturday’s and Sundays. Nooks & Annie’s will work with home owners that have other changeover days other than Saturday or Sunday.

If you rent out your home during the busy summer season, it’s important to have dependable, timely cleaners to ensure that your guests have a pleasurable stay.
Summer services should be booked in advance as our summer schedule fills up rather quickly. If there are any special requests in regards to your summer home cleaning, please advise when booking. Please be advised fees may be applied for any additional service requests.
